Enhanced Micro-Business Support

Are you an SME employing nine or fewer full-time-equivalent employees? If the answer is yes, you can benefit from extended free support from MAS!

The new, enhanced Level 2 Manufacturing Review for Micro-Businesses offers you free-of-charge expert advice and;

• an initial one-day diagnostic
• an extra two free days advice on relevant performance issues and constraints in your business to create a straightforward, tailored ‘Road Map to Success’

The resultant plan will contain a series of practical recommendations – and identify how best to implement them – taking the form of either progression to further forms of support of up to five days (under the normal MAS in-depth consultancy project), Self-Help activity, or to be referred on to other support within the MAS programme.  In each case, a designated MAS Advisor will act as an Account Manager to guide the Micro-Business through the plan and process.
